Payment/Pickup Method

Our company uses the PayNow online payment system, and all purchases are protected by SSL encryption, ensuring secure transactions. Payment methods are as follows:

1. Online card payment
　Supports VISA / MasterCard / JCB / UnionPay cards

2. Each ATM transfer order will have a unique virtual remittance account number, which will be automatically generated when the order is completed at checkout. After obtaining the account number, please complete the remittance within 3 days. The account number will expire after the deadline.

3. For convenience store code payment , bring the ibon payment code generated upon checkout to any ibon machine in 7-Eleven convenience stores across Taiwan and enter the code to pay .

4. Cash on Delivery<br> When the delivery personnel deliver the goods, you can pay cash directly to them.

5. Cash on delivery at convenience stores (7-11)
Select your preferred convenience store at checkout. You will be notified of your order's arrival via SMS in approximately 3-5 business days. You can then pick up your order and pay in cash. (Please note that this convenience store cash-on-delivery service is not available in outlying islands.)

electronic invoice

• According to the Ministry of Finance Order No. 0972400122, "Key Points for the Implementation of Electronic Invoices," two-part uniform invoices issued for purchases at Royal Elastics will be handled through an escrow service. Paper invoices will not be mailed directly. Instead, an invoice issuance notification email will be sent to you as proof. If you require a paper invoice, please indicate this in the order remarks section.

• Enjoy free shipping on orders over $2000.
• Enjoy free shipping on orders over $2,500 in the outer islands.
• If a single order does not meet the free shipping threshold, a shipping fee of $80 will be charged, and the shipping fee for Penghu, Kinmen and other areas will be $280.

Delivery in Hong Kong and Macau

• Online card payments ( VISA / MasterCard / JCB / UnionPay) are currently accepted in Hong Kong and Macau.
• Please select Hong Kong and Macau as overseas regions and fill in the delivery address.
• Shipping fees to Hong Kong and Macau: For orders under $5000, you can choose: 1. International Express (shipping fee $300, delivery time 4-7 days) 2. International Special Express (shipping fee $500, delivery time 2-4 days)
• For purchases over $5000, you can choose: 1. International Express (free shipping, delivery time 4-7 days) or 2. International Special Express (shipping fee $300, delivery time 2-4 days).
• (All website currencies are in New Taiwan Dollars)
• If you choose international express as the shipping method, SF Express self-pickup points or SF Express smart lockers are not supported. If you enter an SF Express self-pickup point or SF Express smart locker address, please select international express; otherwise, you will need to change the address.
• The goods will be delivered in about 3 to 5 business days after the order is received .
• For returns or exchanges, please contact shop_service@royalelastics.com.tw within 14 days of receiving the goods.
• The return shipping cost must be borne by the consumer.

Delivery within Mainland China

• Online card payments (VISA / MasterCard / JCB / UnionPay) are currently accepted in mainland China.
• Please select Mainland China from overseas regions and enter your delivery address.
• In mainland China, we offer two delivery methods: EMS express and the "Mini Three Links" (direct shipping and intermodal transport).
• • EMS Express: Arrival in 3-5 days. It must pass through customs, and the buyer is responsible for paying the customs duties. The buyer must handle the customs clearance in person.
  • Mini Three Links: Arrival in 7-10 days, no need to go through customs, duty-free.
  • Import tariffs on shoes in China are approximately 10% to 15% of the product price.
• Shipping costs to mainland China are calculated as follows (approximately 2 kg per pair of shoes). Free shipping is available for orders over $10,000 (if you choose free shipping, we will use EMS express delivery) (all currencies on this website are in Taiwan Dollars).

• For returns and exchanges, please apply within 14 days of receiving the product and ensure it is in brand new condition, by emailing shop_service@royalelastics.com.tw.
• Due to the time-consuming and complicated parcel delivery process in mainland China, returns and exchanges are possible, but you will need to send the goods back yourself and bear the round-trip shipping costs when exchanging them.
• Buyers in Mainland China must fill in the full name of the recipient when filling out the order form.
